Eaglet

Inhabitant of all the skies of Chile. It drifts in circles and with their excellent view it watches over the holes where the mice hide . Predator bird that dominates in the high mountain, looks for the peaks, cliffs and gulches to make its nest. It deposits two eggs of whitish color there with reddish stains. Bandurria
Wader of paws and lengthened pick. Inhabitant of all the regions of Chile, it can be seen in cultivated fields and prairies. Pequén
Contrary to other night predators (Tucúquere, white owl , Common Chuncho), the Pequén can be active so much by day as at night. To live they prefer the sandy lands of the area of the coast with scarce vegetation. It also penetrates in the forests between Biobío and Valdivia, but only in robbed lands. They prepare their nest in caves, where it puts from four to eight white eggs, between October and December. The Pequén is a very singular bird, easily recognizable for the farmers. Hummingbird
In Chile seven hummingbird species exist, being distinguished all for their beautiful coloring of alive tones with metallic shines.
